i've been visiting the same chinese physician for a couple of days
and decided for a change today
this new one i went to see;
said my bone was already out of place !
he pulled my foot...
stretched it here and there...
and twisted it like nobody's business
even my mom could hear the cracking of my bones from afar :/
i'll be much much better in a couple of days time.

im behind time for a lot of stuffs.
i need to catch up !

dont bring me down today
i've sprained/fractured my ankle :/
and i dont know how.
i think it was because of this old injury;
that i missed a step and sprained my ankle.
my ankle was like twisted badly that time,
so it was swollen and you can feel like your ankle bone is pushing its way out :/
i felt the same pain so i gave in to the stupid pain and FELL.
not to mention, i scraped both knees.
TSK.
we're suppose to be on our way to bukit timah plaza for pool;
after bacomm meeting for d-day (:
so anyway, thanks to:
suern and huiying for getting the ice
arthur for bandaging my uber bad ankle

i think my whole nasal system :/
those who study biology might know;
that there's this passageway connecting the cheeks, nose and eyes.
so yeah, i think that part is either congested or infected.
BOO.
that explains why im having eye infections like everyday since friday;
SIGH.
i've got running or blocked nose then eye infection, and now;
pimples outbreak on my cheeks.

then i went to search the net out of boredom
and this is what i've found:
When a sensitive person inhales an allergen (allergy-causing substance) like ragweed pollen, the body's immune system reacts abnormally with the allergen.
The allergen binds to allergic antibodies (immunoglobulin E) that are attached to cells that produce histamine and other chemicals.
The pollen "triggers" these cells in the nasal membranes, causing them to release histamine and the other chemicals.
Histamine dilates the small blood vessels of the nose and fluids leak out into the surrounding tissues, causing runny noses, watery eyes, itching, swelling and other allergic symptoms.

Sinusitis (Sinus)
The symptoms depend on what is causing the sinus inflammation.
In acute allergic sinusitis, the main symptoms are sneezing, clear, bilateral watery nasal discharge, tearing, eye itching, nasal congestion, nasal and ear itching, and sometimes coughing.

i went down like early afternoon to help out in the early preparations
(although i wasnt feeling well, with my sore eyes and everything)

came home an hour or so ago (:
today was an exceptionally long and draggy day, seriously.
went to school at 9 for a tutorial and lecture which then ended around 12.

i woke up late this morning but still reached school in time for lecture :/
and all my dear friends are not there yet !
the internet connection was down for awhile and i didnt download my notes
so i have no idea why in the world did i attend lecture ?!
today was a super long day in school :/
had makeup tutorial for maec
then stoned for an hour;
finally SINGING AUDITION !
it's super duper nerve-wrecking.
the feeling of walking into the dark and quiet lecture theatre;
with two judges and two video cameras.
all the focus is on ME.
that was dead scary, but i guess i pull it through.
all that is left to do is to keep my fingers crossed :X
PUH-LEASE ! *mumbles*
today's gonna be a longer day (it's already past 12)
2 lectures 1 tutorial and 1 project meeting
(eh, do i still have to go for spartans meeting ?)
